Spacious Accommodation: with a net floor area of 73m², features a spacious living area with a sofa bed (140cm) and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, conventional oven and microwave, a double bedroom (for 2 persons), a bedroom (for 3 persons - bunk bed with one single bed on top and one 140cm bed below), two bathrooms with windows, each featuring a shower and bidet – one of which has a washing machine – a storage room/ski and boot storage area. 

Outdoor Spaces: Guests will enjoy an outdoor garden with benches, a table, sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxation. The terrace provides garden and mountain views, while the outdoor seating and picnic areas enhance the outdoor experience.

Also available: Free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, baby cot, changing mat, baby high chair, child safety bed rail, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan and mop).
Bed linen, towels, kitchen tea towels and placemats are free of charge.

The price includes: water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, use of the washing machine, supply of bed linen and towels (changed weekly), kitchen tea towels and use of the fully equipped outdoor garden.
Also included is the initial supply of toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and kitchen sponges.

Parking: Free public car park less than 100 metres away with charging points for electric cars (electric charging not included).

The price doesn´t include: final cleaning, tourist tax, baby kit (0–2 years), any mid-stay change of bed linen or towels, security deposit.

Convenient Location: In Tesero – close to the centre, the ski slopes and hundreds of hiking opportunities. The apartment is well situated, with all amenities within walking distance (bars, bakeries, a chemist’s, a bank, the Val di Fiemme Tourist Office, restaurants, a playground...).
In a very sunny and peaceful area with a beautiful view of the Lagorai mountains, we offer a lovely, bright and modern apartment recently renovated with a private garden, accommodating up to 7 people + 1 baby (0–2 years).
Nearby, you can enjoy rafting and an adventure park, and it is just a few kilometres from the Biolago Predazzo (a natural swimming lake) and the Summer Swimmingpools and indoor swimming pools in Cavalese, as well as the Cavalese ice rink (summer/winter). In the hamlet of Lago di Tesero, you’ll find the winter sports centre offering various winter activities, such as cross-country skiing and biathlon.
The Cermis and Pampeago/Obereggen/Predazzo ski areas are a 5–10-minute drive away (or with free ski bus - departs approx. 200m away). Furthermore, Alpe Lusia, Passo Oclini, Passo Rolle and Nova Ponente are all approx. 20–30 minutes’ drive away.
For children, there is a free snow park in the village of Ziano, just a 5-minute drive away.

This spacious apartment is comprised of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms (1 double with 160cm bed and 1 triple with bunk bed with 1 single on top and 140cm below) and 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bidet. Guests can make meals in the kitchen that is fitted with a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware. Featuring a terrace with garden views, this apartment also offers a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The unit offers 7 beds.
