I’m a property owner, and Nadia from Happy Lodgings had contacted me multiple times regarding the yearly membership. On 25.02.2026, I purchased the yearly membership for €245, as she had clearly guaranteed—both in writing via email and over the phone—that I would receive three reservations to begin our business collaboration. She also shared details of these reservations, including one each for March, April, and May, with exact stay dates and the guests’ countries of origin.

Initially, I was unable to get in touch with Nadia or her team, as my calls, emails, and messages went unanswered. This caused concern, as no guests had contacted me despite the prior assurance.

However, I would like to update my previous statement. I later learned that Nadia had been seriously unwell and hospitalized during that period. On April 6, I was able to speak with her directly and understand the situation. In the meantime, I also received calls from the Happy Lodgings team from different numbers, likely from other colleagues, which unfortunately I was unable to attend at the time.

Now, everything has been clarified and sorted out. I appreciate the support provided and thank the team for resolving the matter.

Mrs. Nadia contacted me by phone and confirmed that she had inquiries about my apartment and even sent me the reservation dates and where the guests are from. But if you want to work through that agency, you have to pay a minimum of €249 per year, and that’s what I did.

today, after 15 days, Nadia is no longer answering and my reservation, so don’t fall for it.
