I’ve been using Happy Lodgings to rent out my vacation home. They charge a yearly fee instead of taking commission, and they promise 55 bookings a year. So far, bookings have been okay—not quite 55 yet, but not bad either.
They handle most of the work like listing, calendar, and guest messages, which is helpful. There are no extra fees, which I like.
However, their support could be faster, and the system isn’t as smooth as bigger platforms. It’s a decent option if you want a simple setup and fixed costs, but there’s room to improve.
