It all started with a simple idea: to welcome people with a smile, make them

feel comfortable, and share a little piece of our home, the culture, and the

beauty of our mountains.

Our small, family-run B&B is a place where hospitality, smiles, and genuine

warmth come first. With just four rooms, a peaceful garden, and a location

just a short walk from the town centre and the cycling path, we are nestled in

the heart of Predazzo.

ACCOMMODATION

Our rooms are designed to make you feel at home from the moment you

arrive.

Furnished in wood and carefully detailed, they offer a warm and welcoming

atmosphere, with a private balcony and beautiful mountain views.

Guests can also enjoy our garden, a peaceful spot to relax and unwind.

Breakfast is served as a buffet and can also be enjoyed in the comfort of your

room. Each room has a small table, allowing you to start the day in complete

privacy and relaxation, enjoying your breakfast while admiring the mountain

views.

LOCATION

In the heart of Val di Fiemme, in the charming village of Predazzo, our B&B is

the perfect starting point for enjoying the mountains in every season.

In winter, the ski lifts are just a few kilometres away, while summer offers

hiking, leisurely walks, and trails surrounded by nature.

Just 300 metres from the town centre, you can easily reach shops,

restaurants, and local amenities before returning to the peace and quiet of

our B&B.

Right next to the property, a pleasant riverside walking path invites you to

stroll and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The cycling path is also just a few

steps away, connecting the surrounding valleys and allowing you to explore

the area by bike, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and mountain scenery.

A convenient location for exploring, yet peaceful enough to truly switch off

and unwind.

The spacious triple room features a private entrance, soundproof walls, a balcony with mountain views as well as a private bathroom boasting a bath or a shower. The unit has 2 beds.

specialities, tea, coffee, and everything you need to get ready for a day

Our B&B is located in Predazzo, in the heart of the beautiful Val di Fiemme,
making it an ideal base for discovering the Dolomites and enjoying
unforgettable experiences throughout the year.
- Approximately 17 km from QC Terme Dolomiti, a wonderful place to unwind
and indulge in pure relaxation, with warm pools, saunas, and breathtaking
views of the Dolomites.
- Approximately 1–3 km from Predazzo's public swimming pool, perfect for
swimming, having fun in the water, or enjoying a few relaxing hours during
your stay.
- Approximately 2–4 km from the Latemar ski lifts in Predazzo, the ideal
starting point for reaching stunning mountain viewpoints, skiing in winter, and
exploring nature trails in summer.
- Approximately 15–18 km from Alpe di Pampeago, a perfect destination for
mountain and skiing enthusiasts, offering scenic ski slopes in winter and
beautiful hiking trails during the warmer months.
