Our House Rules
General information:
If you are missing something in our accommodation, notice any need for improvement, or if we can assist you in any way, please contact us. We are happy to help.
Please treat the furnishings with care so that the next guests can also enjoy their stay.
If any damage occurs to the furniture or fittings, please inform us. Let us know at the latest upon departure. Such matters can usually be resolved quickly and easily through liability insurance.
Please also inform your fellow guests and visitors about these house rules.

1.
Close all windows and lock the doors when leaving your room or the tavern with kitchen.
We do not accept liability in case of burglary or theft.
Also make sure all lights and electrical appliances (stove, oven, coffee machine, etc.) are switched off.
2.
Air out the rooms, bathroom, and tavern at least once a day for 5–10 minutes.
During the heating season, turn off the heating when windows or doors are open.
3.
Set the radiator controls in your room and the tavern to a maximum of level 3.
The knobs are blocked at 3 in the rooms and tavern, and at 4 in the bathrooms. Do not attempt to turn them further, as this will break the thermostats and they will have to be replaced at your expense.
When leaving your room, bathroom, or the tavern, set the thermostats to 2 and close all windows.

Keep your room, balcony, bathroom, the hallway in front of your room, the staircase, and the tavern with kitchen clean at all times.
5.
Do not change the channel or program settings on the televisions.
6.
Always tidy up and wash the items you use in the tavern and kitchen before leaving.
Clean the stove, oven, kitchenette, refrigerator, and other appliances you have used regularly.
Leave the kitchen and tavern after each use in the condition in which you would like to find them next time.
7.
Before leaving the tavern, store all items used for meal preparation in your assigned refrigerator and cupboard compartment.
8.
Use only the table in the tavern that was assigned to you at check-in.
9.
Pets, if permitted by prior agreement with the landlord, may never be left alone in your room when you leave the house.
Always clean up after your dog during walks.
10.
Bicycles and other items not defined as room equipment or furniture may not be stored in the rooms.
11.
Please separate your waste into the designated containers:
• Yellow bag: plastic
• Green bin: paper
• Black bin (to the left of the house entrance): residual waste
Glass containers are located at the train station.
Do not store garbage in the rooms or on the balconies.
12.
Smoking is only permitted outside the building or on the balcony.
Please use the designated ashtrays for cigarette butts and ashes.
13.
For security reasons, persons who are not registered may only enter the house after prior notification to Gerd Hassler (via email or WhatsApp).
Unregistered overnight stays are not permitted. Registered additional guests are charged €25/night plus local tax.
14.
Laundry cannot be washed in the house.
At the Esso gas station in Karl-Winterhalter-Str., Endingen, Tel: 07642 9254803, there is a WashMe 24h laundry station with a 9 kg and a 20 kg washing machine as well as a 20 kg dryer.
15.
As a tenant, you will receive at least one key.
If a key is lost, the entire locking system must be replaced. The costs are borne by the person responsible.
16.
When moving into the rented premises, the tenant must check their proper condition and the presence of the previously listed inventory.
Any complaints, documented by photos or otherwise, must be reported within 6 hours to the landlord by email (to the address provided to the tenant).
Otherwise, the proper condition of the premises and the presence of the inventory shall be deemed confirmed and accepted by the tenant.
17.
The landlord reserves the right to regularly check the condition of the premises used by the tenant and compliance with the house rules.
18.
In the event of a violation of the house rules, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect.
