My name is Emanuela, and for years I’ve been passionately dedicated to architecture and hospitality. Palermo Holiday House was born from the desire to share a welcoming, functional, and carefully curated space—designed to make every guest feel at home.

- Goditi la tua vacanza e divertiti, ma ti chiediamo di prestare attenzione ai rumori, soprattutto durante le ore di silenzio.

The space

Welcome to Palermo Holiday House, a warm and versatile residence located in the heart of the city, just steps away from Via Libertà, Teatro Politeama, and Teatro Massimo.
Recently renovated, the property occupies a spacious 200 sqm apartment and features four independent housing units, each equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing and functional stay.

The apartments are tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, with details inspired by Palermo’s historic neighborhoods. They are ideal for couples, families, or small groups who want to explore the city freely—without giving up comfort or privacy.

Guests also have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen with a large communal table and two cozy armchairs for a relaxing break.

Our property enjoys a prime location, just 30 meters from Via Libertà—one of the most elegant and central streets in Palermo. From here, you can easily explore the heart of the city on foot: Teatro Politeama and Teatro Massimo are just a few minutes away, as well as historic markets, boutiques, traditional restaurants, and major cultural attractions.

The area is residential, quiet, and well served by public transport—perfect for those seeking relaxation without giving up the convenience of moving around independently.

Within a short distance, you can also discover unique places like Mondello Beach, Palermo Cathedral, and the Palazzo dei Normanni, or enjoy a peaceful walk in the greenery of the English Garden.
