The space
The Space

This room gives you the full package — a king bed, bunk beds for the kids, and a private balcony looking out over farmland and the Cooley and Mourne mountains. Unlike the other rooms, this one also has its own small dining and kitchen area, so there's proper space to sit, eat, and spread out rather than everything happening around the bed.

Private ensuite, plus everything you need in-room — fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, iron. We stock bread, milk, tea, coffee, butter and jam on arrival, so your first morning doesn't mean a supermarket run.

Neighbourhood & Getting Around

Right off Junction 12 of the M1, about 15 minutes from Drogheda, roughly 40 minutes from Dublin Airport and around 1hr 10 from Belfast City Airport. Newgrange and Monasterboice are a straightforward drive through the Boyne Valley. Funtasia waterpark and Emerald Park are both within easy reach for a full family day out.

Guest access
Full use of this room, its balcony, and the dining/kitchen area. Front door unlocked 3pm–9pm for easy self-check-in; message us ahead if you're arriving later and we'll sort key collection. Free on-site parking. Smoking is fine out on the balcony; everywhere else stays smoke-free indoors.

Other things to note
Standard checkout 11:00am; late checkout to 2pm available for €30, subject to turnover — check with us first. No pets, quiet hours 10pm–7am, not set up for parties, hen or stag groups.
