Villa Los Rubios

Our property, "Los Rubios," is located in Torre de Benagalbón, just 150 meters from Los Rubios Beach.

This beachfront property offers guests access to a large artificial grass garden, free private parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

This particular house has three bedrooms, air conditioning, and two full bathrooms, each with a bidet, shower, and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee maker.

The living/dining room has air conditioning (heating and cooling), and all bedrooms are equipped with modern ceiling fans and oil-filled heaters.

The house features a large patio with a washing machine and a clothesline area.

In the garage, there are four sun loungers with cushions and two retractable awnings for sunbathing in the garden, as well as several sun loungers for use at the beach. In the same place, there is a variety of auxiliary equipment for various uses: 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 child car seat, children's toys, etc.

About 200 meters from the house are two restaurants, El Havaco and Carmela, with very affordable daily menus, a grill restaurant offering high-quality grilled meats and fish, and a supermarket. Right next to the supermarket is a Social Security medical clinic that is open every morning from Monday to Friday. About 500 meters away are the restaurants Arias, Salvori, and El Deo.
A five-minute walk away is a pharmacy and the bus stop for Málaga.
Right in front of the house is a children's playground and some sports courts for playing paddle tennis. None of these activities produce noise that would disturb the peace and quiet of the house.
About 2 km away is a Mercadona supermarket, and Rincón de la Victoria is 4 km away. Málaga city center is about 19 kilometers away, and the airport is about 32 kilometers away.
Key attractions such as the Gibralfaro Viewpoint and the Picasso Museum Málaga are less than 20 km away.

These are the house rules you have established for your guests:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside, please do not throw cigarette butts on the grass.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
No noise is allowed between midnight and 8:00 AM.
Please dispose of all solid waste in the outdoor bin daily and upon leaving the villa.
Please take care of the facilities and amenities.

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of the arrival date. If the client does not show up, they will have to pay the full price of the reservation.

From December 24th to January 6th
